At stasher you are able to search the area where you are staying online; you may also book for the storage online as well. You simply arrive and store your bags whilst you are awaiting your check in to your accommodation. Maybe go enjoy the sites or have a lovely relaxing meal.
What size luggage / bag can I store?
They accept all luggage & baggage sizes to be stored. They also allow prams, strollers, surf-boards, sporting equipment to be stored. Each item is charged as 1 bag (regardless of size).
Do I have to book online?
All bookings must be made online – with no exception. They are not able to accept payment of any kind at the storage locations. Their insurance is only valid when the booking has been made online.
What are the drop-off and pick-up times?
Each of their locations has the opening hours shown on website. You’re welcome to drop off and pick-up your bags at any time during the opening hours.
How long can I leave my luggage?
You can store your luggage for minutes, hours, days or weeks. When booking online, just enter your preferred drop-off and pick-up dates when booking online.
Can I cancel my booking?
They offer a 100% refund if you cancel before the drop-off date. To request a refund please reply to the booking confirmation email before the drop-off date.
