Jess has lived on the Mornington Peninsula for over 36 years and still appreciates all it has to offer.

Having been in the property industry for several years helping run a Building business, along with managing a few Financial Planning Offices, I have gained a vast amount of experience on how a business should be run. Also owning investment properties of my own including being a Landlord myself gives me great insight into the needs of a property Investor.

Greg was born and bred in the Country City of Ballarat, he has had a vast amount of experience within the Building Industry, working as a cabinet maker, carpenter, and painter, then moving across to become an Independent Builder, he has always had a passion for property!
